Improvements:

You can group, sort and change the order of the interaction parameters, making it easier to manage.

The bot can check if the person who initialised the interaction is a client's dedicated team member, e.g. a dedicated adviser or paraplanner, and make conditional decisions based on it.

The bot can now filter the team members in the assignment action based on the Adviser's office, e.g. show only administrators in the same office as the adviser.
