V0.973 Release Notes
Updated over 5 months ago

Date of release: May 16, 2023

New features:

We added a new action:

  • "Assign a dedicated team" enables the bot to assign a dedicated Adviser, Paraplanner and Administrator to Client 1, Client 2 or both, using conditions.

Improvements:

We added improvements to "My Bot" that give you better visibility on who is involved in the interactions:

  • You can see on the "My Bot" Interactions List and in the Interaction Details who handles the Interaction directly: Client 1, Client 2, Adviser, Paraplanner, Administrator or Bot.

  • You can see in the header of the Interaction Details the associated Client 1 and 2 names, surnames and email addresses.

  • You can check the header of the Interaction Details, who is the interacting Adviser, Paraplanner and Administrator.

We added a new ability for the bot to streamline and automate team management:

  • The bot can use conditional decisions to check if client one or client 2 has a dedicated team assigned.

  • The bot can use AdviserOffice instead of the specific rooms to arrange the meeting, enabling multi-office meeting management without a dedicated action to each office.

  • The team member field "Role" is now named "Job title" and enables you to type any text as a Job title.

  • You can select a default role for the team member in their profile: Adviser, Paraplanner or Administrator. It enables the bot to manage the interacting team without setting individual team members in the actions. Instead, you can select the role type, and the bot will display the list of appropriate team members or assign the member automatically.

Other improvements:

  • Alpha characters are now automatically capitalised when entering the postcode.

  • You can configure if the bot should create a new debt entry for the asset with a mortgage.

  • You can structure the unstructured data into additional categories: Debts and Other income.

Bugs fixed:

  • The TAG for Long Text questions now returns the text in separate lines.

  • The TAG for the Amount of cover in the Term Life Protection now returns the value with an operator: £, x or %.

  • There is a validation on DOB for the dependents, preventing dates from the future.
